1. How long does it take to deliver my order?

    You will receive an email as soon as the products are dispatched for delivery with the relevant tracking details. Delivery could take between 2-3 business days excluding weekends and public holidays from the day of dispatch depending on the payment method you choose. 

    2. How do I pay for my order?


    We offer you multiple payment options. They are

    • Bank transfer/deposit
    • Online Card Payment using VISA or Master Cards
    • Cash on Delivery
    3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

      Yes. Orders will only be processed if notified through Instagram or Facebook.

      4. How much is delivery?

        LKR 360.00 

        5. Do you deliver to locations out of Colombo?

          Yes, we deliver island wide. 

          6. Why have I not received my order?

            If your products' arrival took longer than expected (2-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays)  please contact us at beautybox458@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram (thebeautybox_lk) or Facebook (thebeautyboxsrilanka).

            7. Would I be able to order something not listed on your website?

              Yes. We accept pre-orders. Please contact us via Instagram or Facebook with the details of the products you like to order and we will get back to you with the price and order details within 2 business days. 

              Please note that we require Non-Refundable 50% advance payment for pre-orders. 

              8. How do I cancel my order?

                To serve you better, Beauty Box will begin to process your order immediately after it has been submitted. Please send us an email or message us on Facebook/Instagram immediately, after you place an order, to change/cancel an order. Please note that we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been dispatched.

                9. My item is damaged. What should I do?

                  We understand that you may receive damaged items due to transit time. If a product is defective or damaged, this must be reported same day of delivery with pictures. If the product is deemed defective Beauty Box will replace the product at no additional charge to the customer. Just drop in your query to our customer service for more details at beautybox458@gmail.com.

                  10. Do you accept Visa or Master Card?

                  Yes, now you can pay with Visa, Master Cards, or AMEX on our website.

                  11. How do I know when products will be restocked?

                  You can signup for restock alerts on the product's page if the item is out of stock to get notified by mail when we restock the products.
